I purchased my first proper watch with first class watches and my experience couldn't have been better - I appreciate the option to negotiate with price, and when i submitted a request they responded within the hour. The order was shipped very quickly and arrived at my house within 2 days (It would have been next day delivery had i ordered the watch prior to 4pm.) I'm very happy with my new Seiko watch and would definitely purchase from them again.
