This is my fourth Luminox Watch and to be honest I appy that it seems to be lighter, the weight I feel does not justify the cost and the web strapping is extremely thin. Disappointed and sometimes you have to feel not only the weight of the timepiece but the quality and time spent creating this piece. My previous purchases will highlight my preference and I think as a company it would be more successful being purchaser/ owner preference based. This of course could be more targeted to professionals discreetly. James

First class watches posted on the same day as the purchase and I received my watch the next day, I would always recommend this company if your after a genuine watch at an affordable price.

Watch is fantastic. I asked for the bracelet to b adjusted. Too links were taken out. They were removed only one side of the strap so the clasp was off center. When I had it resolved by a jewelers they noticed tht the removed links were damaged and the metal strips tht hold the links were also damaged. Lucky they professionally corrected the issue

Bought the excellent Casio Ga B2100 Solar Bluetooth Very popular watch this. Never had any trouble with Casio watches & their G shock range suits my outdoor life not having to take it off for swimming or anything! This one is excellent as it isnt so bulky as other G shocks with a slimmer profile but with all the same features.. First Class watches gave a great service with excellent choices, great price and a first class delivery service.
A great company will be using again Im sure.

I ordered a Fenix 8 Pro 47mm. It arrived the next day, as promised, well packaged. Unfortunately, the watch was too big for my wrist, which was such a shame, as I had wanted one for a long time. I had to return it, and First Class Watches refunded me the same day they received the watch back. I cannot fault the service (or the product) - I will be back (for a smaller watch!)
